Process
- Our home is used for family purposes
at various times throughout the year.
Check the calendar for scheduled use and available dates.
- When available we rent the space to
well qualified visiting professors or other professionals
for a variable period, typically 1-3 months.
- Guests are carefully vetted and a complete reference check is required.
- Maximum of two adults and 2 children (<16 years).
What's Included
- Home Theater System (5.1) with HD-TV Telenet Subscription.
- Hi-Speed (~60 Mbps or greater) Internet with House-Wide WiFi Access.
- Complete sets of linens (sheets, blankets/comforters, towels, etc.).
- Fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
- Clothes washer and dryer.
Additional Information
- Maximum visit 13 weeks (89 days).
- Visits are normally start on a Sunday and end on a Saturday.
- No smoking on property.
- Required end-of-visit cleaning with linen refreshment €250.
- Utility cost (gas, power, water) use billed at cost (with complete documentation).
- Payment by credit card or by bank transfer with security deposit.
- Prepaid reservations are not refundable.
